Bespoke Projects

We have seen in recent years, a significant increase in the procurement of high-end, bespoke one-off housing projects in coastal and rural locations.

Gates Consultants are very fortunate to have considerable knowledge and expertise in this particular sector and have been appointed by Clients in the capacity of Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer on a number of projects of this type. The projects have ranged in construction value from £0.5 million, up to £7.5 million. Our Clients have received added value through the appointment of our services, based on our in-depth knowledge of high-end specifications and the affect this has on the design and construction process.

We are currently providing professional services on a very unique design, high-end one-off house, which will feature on the next series of Grand Designs in 2017.
