Gates Consultants have a specialist Health & Safety operating company, Gates Safety Management Ltd, which specialises in all aspects of Health & Safety, in particular the obligations of compliance with the new CDM 2015 Regulations.

We have provided seminars and lectures to Clients and professional industry bodies (including the RICS and Constructing Excellence) on the roles and obligations detailed in the CDM 2015 Regulations. In addition, we have provided, and continue to offer in-house CPD presentations covering practical on-site Health & Safety matters such as dynamic risk assessment, site Health & Safety compliance and basic CDM requirements for direct labour personnel.

We also offer compliance audits of Client administration systems and processes to ensure management compliance with CDM Regulations.
