St Margaret's Hospice, Somerset

The main works comprise the construction of a 1000m² single storey sixteen bedroom ward building, to provide improved facilities in replacement. Existing accommodations are being remodelled to provide a range of ancillary accommodation, treatment and welfare facilities.

Works have been organised to create the absolute minimum disruption to users and staff. There has been a major remodelling of services in meeting the latest Health Care commissions requirements, these have been brought on stream seamlessly and without effecting the day to day operation of existing buildings.

The works had been procured under a partnering form of contract.
