St Pauls Court, Efford, Plymouth

Description of works:

Following involvement in a similar extra care scheme, successfully opened earlier in the year, Gates were again appointed as Client Representative and CDM Co-ordinator for the redevelopment of the former St. Paul’s church under a multi-party PPC2000 contract.

The project was for Sarsen Housing Association with whom Gates have an established long-standing working relationship. The client had high expectations for the project which consisted of 40 extra care flats, together with a new library.

The completed building did not disappoint. It is a flagship development and was occupied fully within weeks of completion.
